Yellowhead Adventures – Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment

A confirmed booking is secured upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified at the time of booking.

Final payment is due by the deadline specified on your invoice. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your reservation.
2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable, as guides and logistics have already been arranged.
3. Participant Requirements

Participants must disclose any medical conditions or limitations that may impact their ability to participate.

Participants must follow all guide instructions and adhere to safety guidelines during the tour.
4. Itinerary Modifications

Yellowhead Adventures reserves the right to modify, alter, or adapt the itinerary at any time, including during the tour, in response to participant ability, weather, safety concerns, park conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

These decisions will be made solely at the discretion of the tour guide or company representative and are final.

No refunds will be issued due to itinerary changes that ensure the safety, comfort, or suitability of the experience for all participants.
5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks. By joining our tours, you accept full responsibility for your own safety and well-being.

Yellowhead Adventures is not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
6. Insurance

Travel, medical, and cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure adequate coverage.
7. Group and Private Bookings

Group bookings are subject to minimum and maximum participant numbers.

Private tour arrangements may vary in price and conditions depending on customization.
8. Media Consent

By participating in our tours, you grant Yellowhead Adventures permission to use any photographs or video taken during the tour for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
